Budget Codes

These are the budget codes for CMG EDH requests:

• Travel requests should go to 32382 “CMS – Software/Physics – Travel” for everyone. It will go to Paris Sphicas for signature
• CERN training courses should be on the EP training budget 31512
• Material requests, e.g. laptop or headphones, should go to a different budget code depending on our section affiliation
  • 32384 “CMS Detector Software”: if you are in the EP-CMG-DS section (it will go to André David for signature)
  • 32385 “CMS Offline Software” if you are in the EP-CMG-OS section (it will go to Giovanni Petruccani for signature)
  • 32386 “CMS Computing” if you are in the EP-CMG-CO section (it will go to Andreas Pfeiffer for signature)
  • 32380 “CMS-Physics, Software & Computing General” if you are not in any specific section, e.g. people mostly active on FCC (it will Paris Sphicas for signature)

Expenses financed directly on grants, e.g. Maurizio Pierini’s ERC, have additional budget codes in the format “34xxx”
